Assignment for John
posted 2-3-09
I am planning a 2 day trip to the national corvette museum for me and my dad. I am wondering how much it will cost, please develop a price for me. We are traveling from Annandale, NJ in a 1993 40th anniversary corvette. We can stay overnight while we travel. We'd like to spend 2 days at the museum. How many days total? We eat twice per day. What will our cost be? Please include gas, lodging, meals, tolls, parking, museum entry fee, snacks and any other hidden costs. Using excel, create a price breakdown and post the document here. I'll check back in on Friday to see how you are doing.

Here Is Some Information I Have Gathered

Total Trip Cost & Summary

We spend $1,328.26 on our trip to the national corvette museum. Overall this was a pretty expensive trip. We went for the more high end hotels as to fit the character of the car. Instead of a regular admission to the corvette museum we decided to take a "guided" tour of the museum along with a "guided" tour of the assembly. We added one other attraction. As I browsed fun things to do in Bowling Green, Kentucky, we stumbled upon an underground boat trip on a hidden river. This seems as it would make a great place to enjoy nature and even have a chance to talk about those past father, son memories. This was a cheap attraction and was a chance to see some natural wonders. Our food Choices were also High end. Our goal was surely quality over quantity for this trip.
